Facility Supervisor

Role Overview

Own and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all facility and administrative operations on-ground. Maintain control across teams, vendors, and processes to ensure the workplace runs efficiently without dependency or escalation.

· Operational Control: Ensure facility operations run smoothly with no disruption and timely issue resolution.

· Team Supervision: Drive accountability and timely execution across all on-ground support functions.

· Vendor Management: Ensure vendors deliver as per quality and timelines with strong follow-up

· Procurement: Ensure timely availability of materials and control over procurement and inventory.

· Maintenance & Renovation: Ensure closure of repairs, maintenance, and workspace improvements.

· Events Coordination: Ensure smooth execution of office events and internal requirements.

· International Travel & Accommodation Management: Manage end-to-end international travel and stay arrangements, including bookings, documentation, and vendor coordination.

· Cost & Reporting: Maintain expense control and provide clear updates on status and issues

· Strong ownership and execution focus

· Ability to manage multiple functions without supervision gaps

· Strong follow-up and problem-solving approach

· Well-versed in vendor handling, procurement, and expense control

· Good communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams and vendors

· Ability to take charge and drive operations independently

· Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English

· 4–7 years in facility / admin / operations roles with ownership of day-to-day operations.

· Minimum graduation is required, with preference for candidates from a finance or accounts background.

· Experience in team supervision, vendor management, procurement, and maintenance coordination.

· Exposure to renovations, office events, expense tracking, and handling international travel coordination.

Based out of Hyderabad and available for on-ground operations
