Chief Of Staff - Strategic Pm*

The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are essential to the organisation. This position involves close collaboration with multiple internal departments, as well as occasional coordination with external consultants and partners.

Role

• Identify, assess, and resolve critical cross‑functional challenges within the organisation
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic initiatives
• Collaborate closely with department leaders and executive management to ensure alignment with company strategy
• Develop data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
• Contribute actively to the company’s strategic direction and long‑term planning

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, consulting, project management, or business strategy
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with proven problem‑solving ability
• Capacity to operate in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple concurrent projects
• Leadership skills with the ability to work independently and across functions
