What You Will Do Everyday

As an Online Safety Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Review Content: Evaluate Dutch user-generated material (photos, video clips, text, and audio) against platform policies and community standards.
• Maintain Platform Safety: Detect and remove inappropriate, harmful, or deceptive content to foster a secure digital environment.
• Analyze Data: Make swift, objective decisions on flagged items using proprietary moderation software.
• Collaborate Daily: Partner with a diverse, global team of peers and team leads to refine content quality and moderation accuracy.
• Stay Updated: Engage in ongoing training workshops to keep up with evolving digital trends, policy updates, and cultural contexts.

What We Are Looking For

Language & Mindset

• Language Proficiency: Complete fluency (C1/C2 level) in Dutch is required. You must also hold a solid working command of English (minimum B2 level) for training modules and internal team updates.
• Mindset: A constructive approach, high emotional resilience, and the capacity to maintain focus and accuracy during routine tasks.

Tech Skills & Eligibility

• Tech Savvy: Confident using online platforms, social networks, and everyday computer applications.
• Eligibility: You must already hold a valid EU passport or a legal Portuguese work permit.
