This position extends well beyond standard customer support—you will serve as a digital concierge for business clients. As a Travel Management Consultant, you will leverage your problem-solving abilities to deliver top-tier assistance in both Dutch and English, guiding travelers through international itineraries and unexpected schedule shifts.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

As a Corporate Travel Advisor, your everyday tasks will include:

• Multichannel Communication: Promptly answering incoming requests from Dutch-speaking business clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Itinerary Management: Overseeing full-cycle travel arrangements, including booking, altering, or canceling flights, hotel stays, and rental cars.
• Database Navigation: Operating specialized global distribution systems (GDS) and internal company software to access and convey precise travel details.
• Disruption Management: Handling live travel emergencies—such as cancellations, flight delays, or missed connections—to keep business travel running smoothly.
• Elite Service Standards: Upholding a composed, empathetic, and professional tone to maintain the high standards of our partner brand.
