We are looking for an enthusiastic Hebrew-Speaking Customer Experience Advisor to join our fast-growing, multicultural team in Lisbon. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for Hebrew-speaking users and business clients across one of the world's largest digital ecosystems and global tech leaders (focusing on digital advertising, creator tools, social connection, and enterprise support).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Support: Assist users and business customers via chat, email, and phone with inquiries regarding account management, platform features, digital tools, and advertising solutions.
  • Problem Solve & Troubleshoot: Identify root causes of technical or operational issues, walk users through step-by-step solutions, and escalate complex cases to specialized internal teams.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate responses to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolution standards.
  • Platform & Quality Guidance: Offer insights on best practices for platform tools, campaign setup, and account safety to help clients get the most value out of their digital presence.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with new product updates, features, policy guidelines, and support tools through ongoing training sessions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Hebrew Language: Full operational/fluent command of Hebrew (written and spoken) to seamlessly communicate with business users and consumers.
  • English Language: Minimum B2 level in English (essential for internal communication, systems, and training).
  • Work Authorization: Must possess EU citizenship, a valid Portuguese Work Permit, or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, tech support, call centers, or sales is a great bonus, but not mandatory! We provide full paid training from day one.
  • Digital Mindset: Familiarity with social media platforms, online digital environments, or basic internet tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, active listening, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Mandatory Work Eligibility & Documents

To be considered for this role, candidates must legally hold the right to work in Portugal through one of the following methods:

  1. EU / EEA / Swiss Citizenship: Possess a valid passport or ID card from an EU country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland.
  2. Valid Portuguese Residence & Work Permit: Hold a current, active Portuguese Título de Residência or equivalent legal authorization granting immediate full-time work rights in Portugal.

Please note: We are unable to sponsor initial work visas for non-EU applicants who do not already possess legal work authorization for Portugal.

Option 1: Standard Local Package (No Relocation Needed)

If you are already living in Lisbon and have your own accommodation:

  • Base Salary: €1,767 Gross per month (paid over 12 months)
  • Performance-based monthly bonuses
  • Meal allowance included

Option 2: Full Relocation Package

If you are moving to Lisbon from abroad, we take the stress out of your move:

  • Base Salary: €1,478.16 Gross per month
  • Inclusions:

    • Flight Ticket: Fully covered flight to Lisbon.
    • Company Accommodation: A private room in a high-quality shared apartment with all utilities included (rent, electricity, water, gas, internet) for the entire duration of your contract!
    • Airport Pickup & Transfer: Smooth arrival assistance upon touchdown.
    • Bureaucracy Support: Full administrative help obtaining local registrations (NIF tax number, NISS social security, bank account setup, and health insurance registration).
