🚀 We're Hiring: Director – Business Development (IT Staffing Services)

Coretek Labs is scaling fast, and we're looking for a Director of Business Development to own our growth engine for IT staffing and talent solutions.

This isn't a "manage the pipeline" role. This is a build-the-business role — for someone who can open enterprise doors, close large accounts, and lead from the front.

What You'll Own

• Drive net-new revenue — identify, pursue, and close enterprise and mid-market staffing accounts across India and global delivery centers.
• Build the strategy — define go-to-market plans, target verticals, and pricing/commercial models that win against the competition.
• Lead the deals that matter — own RFP responses, commercial negotiations, and C-suite relationships end to end.
• Grow the team — mentor and scale a high-performing BD and account management function.
• Own the number — set aggressive but achievable targets and consistently beat them.

What Makes You the One

• 10+ years in Business Development / Sales, with a strong track record in IT staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions.
• Proven ability to close large, complex deals and manage enterprise client relationships.
• Deep understanding of the staffing lifecycle — rate cards, margins, commercial structures, and delivery models.
• A hunter's mindset with a builder's discipline — you create pipeline, not just work it.
• Sharp commercial acumen — you can model pricing, structure discounts, and defend margins in the room.
• Strong network in the IT services / GCC / delivery center ecosystem is a big plus.
• Leadership presence — you can inspire a team and command a boardroom equally well.
