Responsibilities:
- Inspect mechanical components and finished products as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Maintain store records, BOM, and inventory updates.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documents.
- Assist the production team in improving process efficiency.
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
- Support defect analysis and suggest improvements to reduce quality issues.
- Work closely with Quality, Production, and Design teams.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering.
- Understanding of Engineering Drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of Quality Control concepts.
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Education Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1 year of experience in Quality/Production, or
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (Freshers can apply).
