Jetking, India's leading digital skills institute with over 8 decades of excellence and 11 lakh+ students trained, is looking for an energetic Center Manager to lead one of our Delhi centers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales, counseling, and operations teams.

Ensure exceptional student experience from inquiry to placement.

Monitor center profitability and operational efficiency.

Plan and execute local marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns.

Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and local businesses to generate admissions.

Maintain high standards of academic delivery and center operations.

Track KPIs, prepare reports, and implement improvement strategies.

Coordinate with the Head Office on admissions, operations, marketing, and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

3–8 years of experience in center management, branch management, education, training, retail, or service industry.

Strong sales and business development skills.

Excellent leadership and people management abilities.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work with targets and drive business growth.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
