Sr. Manager- Accounts

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong exposure to finance and accounts functions in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, banking, and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting

• Preparation and consolidation of annual budgets
• Coordination with departments for budget planning and variance analysis

Management Reporting

• Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS reports
• Supporting management with financial insights and reporting

Financial Statements

• Handling end-to-end financial finalization
• Preparation of financial statements, including cash flow statements
• Coordination with auditors for timely audit completion

Banking & Finance

• Monitoring daily fund positions and liquidity management
• Managing banking operations, foreign currency transactions, and fund deployment
• Coordination with banks for financing and banking requirements

Direct & Indirect Taxation

• Handling TDS, GST, and Income Tax compliances
• Preparation and filing of income tax returns and assessment-related documentation

SAP Development & Automation

• Coordinating with technical teams for SAP report development
• Driving automation of financial transactions and reporting processes

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Up to 6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities
