Job Description
The Proposal Analyst (PA) interfaces with a broad range of customers and internal stakeholders for Early Engagement (EE) and Must Win (MW) OFSE and Integrated and cross-PL opportunities, ensuring the best technical and commercial solutions are delivered to the customer at the best price and lowest risk to Baker Hughes.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall bid coordination to ensure timely, high quality and optimized response to the customer.
- Maintain customer portal details and any local requirements in relation to bid submission.
- Coordinate and collaborate across functional groups including sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.
- Uphold the integrity and oversee the governance of all commercial processes, policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with teams across the full sales process.
- Support commercial strategies and use standardization, knowledge sharing, best practices, and customer intimacy to drive simplification of contractual needs and responses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industries related to Oil & Gas, manufacturing, refineries, and the automotive sector.
- Strong communication, leadership and commitment skills.
- Open and willing to work with colleagues from different cultures and countries.
- Experience in commercial bidding/tendering.
- Proven experience in contract analysis.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced level in Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle tight schedules and multiple tasks with minor supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in contract and project management.
- Knowledge of Petrobras bidding processes and tender documentation (RFPs/RFQs).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Petronet, Ariba, and SAP.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
