Market mapping; Follow-up with managers, partners, and offshore entities; Conflict management and deadline alignment;

Candidate relationship management; Interview scheduling; Preparation of reports and indicators (KPIs);

Support in the onboarding of new associates; Presentation to new associates of initial access, benefits, among others; Request for laptops for new associates.
