It Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in security and regulatory projects within an international environment. The role focuses on coordinating global stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires a proactive and highly organized professional who can navigate complex technical, regulatory, and cultural challenges, while support production operations and ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security and regulatory projects in an international context.
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, track performance, and report on milestones and KPIs.
• Manage project changes, risks, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support production operations and ensure smooth project transitions into operational environments.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and internal governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Project Management: Expert level, with a minimum of 6–7 years of experience.
• IT Infrastructure: Confirmed hands‑on experience and solid technical understanding.
• Microsoft Office: Confirmed proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Language:

• English – Bilingual/Fluent (mandatory working language).

Nice to Have

• PMP Certification – considered a strong plus.
• Experience working in regulated industries and international delivery models.
