Role Overview
One of the newest independent ARB workshops in WA opened in May 2025, running 5 hoists. The factory is clean and the culture rewards growth contributions. The current workshop manager is moving to Canada and we need a confident, mechanically minded leader to run our Midland workshop.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage workshop operations.
- Run teams and oversee daily work.
- Conduct toolbox meetings.
- Liaise between fitters and salespeople.
- Make decisions based on information received.
Qualifications
- Mechanically minded.
- Experience as a workshop manager.
- Ability to run teams.
- Licensed to drive a manual vehicle.
- Right to work in Australia.
