Workshop Manager

Role Overview

One of the newest independent ARB workshops in WA opened in May 2025, running 5 hoists. The factory is clean and the culture rewards growth contributions. The current workshop manager is moving to Canada and we need a confident, mechanically minded leader to run our Midland workshop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workshop operations.
• Run teams and oversee daily work.
• Conduct toolbox meetings.
• Liaise between fitters and salespeople.
• Make decisions based on information received.

Qualifications

• Mechanically minded.
• Experience as a workshop manager.
• Ability to run teams.
• Licensed to drive a manual vehicle.
• Right to work in Australia.
