The broad description for the same is as under: Desired Experience & Exposure Hands on experience in carrying out Valuation exercise for securities & financial assets class including Share Valuations, Business Valuations, Regulatory Valuations viz Co.Act, SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA etc., Valuations of Intangibles, Startup Company Valuations, Valuations under IND-AS etc. Job Description To carry out valuation exercise and analyze the historical & projected financials, raising of queries and coordinating with the Reporting Head and client for resolving the same.

Mandatory Skills Good command over financials and number crunching skills, should be able to prepare financial projections/forecasts, should have knowledge of both accounting and tax aspects of financials, should be able to analyze the financial statements.
