Blackline Analyst

This role is part of the Global BlackLine COE and focuses on managing, enhancing, and driving adoption of the BlackLine platform across global finance teams. What the role involves: Administering BlackLine modules (Account Recs, Journals, Tasks, Matching, etc.) Managing user roles, provisioning, security, and system governance Supporting integrations between BlackLine and ERPs (SAP/HFM), including troubleshooting interface issues Driving automation, workflow configuration, and process improvements Supporting month-end close activities, reconciliations monitoring, and issue resolution Performing UAT, system testing, upgrades, and enhancements We’re looking for: Hands-on experience in BlackLine administration/configuration Strong understanding of financial close processes (reconciliations, journals, intercompany) Experience working with ERP systems like SAP / HFM Exposure to integrations, UAT/testing, and user support Ability to work with global stakeholders in a COE setup
