Description Training Manager Responsibilities โ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills โ Assess and identify the current and future training needs through performance reviews, career paths and consultation with managers โ Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs โ Review existing programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve the effectiveness in terms of delivery, engagement, learning etc โ Ensure that the training programs and training materials are up to date and accurate โ Effectively communicate with the management, trainers and team members โ Develop and deliver trainings by selecting and managing both internal employees and training agencies โ Effectively manage training budget โ Deploy a wide variety of training methods โ Be responsible for driving certifications associated with strategic imperatives โ Generate & own the training metrics Requirements โ Bachelor degree in computer or a similar field โ Proven work experience as a training manager in the IT industry โ The candidate must have a technical / product development background โ Knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies โ Aware of software development life cycle โ Familiarity with development, devops and security practices โ Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and delivering successful training programs โ Experience with traditional and modern training methods including classroom training, online training, workshops, coaching the team โ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills โ Ability to plan and execute multiple trainings in parallel โ Highly proficient in office and related business and communication tools
