Training Manager

Description Training Manager Responsibilities ● Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills ● Assess and identify the current and future training needs through performance reviews, career paths and consultation with managers ● Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs ● Review existing programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve the effectiveness in terms of delivery, engagement, learning etc ● Ensure that the training programs and training materials are up to date and accurate ● Effectively communicate with the management, trainers and team members ● Develop and deliver trainings by selecting and managing both internal employees and training agencies ● Effectively manage training budget ● Deploy a wide variety of training methods ● Be responsible for driving certifications associated with strategic imperatives ● Generate & own the training metrics Requirements ● Bachelor degree in computer or a similar field ● Proven work experience as a training manager in the IT industry ● The candidate must have a technical / product development background ○ Knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies ○ Aware of software development life cycle ○ Familiarity with development, devops and security practices ● Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and delivering successful training programs ● Experience with traditional and modern training methods including classroom training, online training, workshops, coaching the team ● Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills ● Ability to plan and execute multiple trainings in parallel ● Highly proficient in office and related business and communication tools
