Role: Technical Project Manager

Required Experience: 5+ Years 

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technical projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
• Understand system architecture, workflows, APIs, and technical dependencies.
• Support teams in technical discussions, troubleshooting, and decision-making.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings: status updates, sprint planning, reviews, and retros.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and blockers clearly and proactively.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate work between cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Manage resource allocation and task assignments.
• Enable team productivity by removing blockers and ensuring smooth workflows.

Process & Documentation

• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, SOWs, timelines, and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes and industry best practices.
• Drive improvements in project delivery methods, Agile processes, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to understand technical concepts—APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and databases.
• Experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
