Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
• Identify and qualify potential customers based on business needs.
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable Autorox solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.
• Work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, demo, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization) – 2025/2026 graduates preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for sales, customer engagement, and business development.
• Self motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a target driven environment.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
