Technical Product Manager

Jole Overview We are looking for a high-impact Software Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation digital solutions for manufacturing transformation. This is a first-of-its-kind role , where you will combine product thinking, software innovation, and industrial application to build scalable platforms that can power fully automated factory operations Key Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for factory digitization initiatives Translate high-level vision into measurable goals, product features, and delivery milestones Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to build scalable software solutions Drive end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation, development, launch to post-production optimization Engage with manufacturing stakeholders and leadership teams to understand challenges and drive adoption Build and scale a product team (1–3 members initially) while ensuring high execution velocity Ensure integration of modern technologies (AI/ML, automation, high-volume data systems) into product design Ideal Candidate Profile 5–10 years of total experience with 2+ years in Product Management Background as a software developer transitioning into Product Manager preferred Strong experience in building and scaling software products (web/mobile/platforms) Demonstrated ability to own product outcomes (metrics-driven mindset) Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or modern tech stack integration Experience working in high data-volume, high-scale environments Education B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT preferred) Tier-1 institutes (IITs/NITs) preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates Key Competencies Product visioning & roadmap execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to break down complex problems into scalable solutions High ownership and result orientation Curiosity and adaptability to new domains Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership
