Project Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.The role involves leading engineering projects across feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed design phases within the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy Prepare and review engineering man-hour estimates, project cost estimates, and resource plans following project award Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities. Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and estimation targets Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and industry standards Oversee engineering design quality and conduct technical reviews Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders Manage project risks, technical queries, and design changes effectively Support procurement, construction, and project execution phases Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned Requirements B.E/B.Tech/BBA(Operations)/MBA(Operations)/M.E/ M.Tech(Preferred) Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, or Industrial projects Experience in project estimation, FEED, and detailed engineering execution Strong leadership and team coordination skills Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Skills Familiarity with AutoCAD, PDMS/E3D, Aspen HYSYS, STAAD Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project Knowledge of API, ASME, and ISO standards Exposure to offshore/onshore engineering projects
