Our aim is to build a sourcing OS that brings together fashion businesses, fabric weaving-mills & suppliers, printing & dyeing units, and value added services such as quality testing and design, under one connected ecosystem. Fabriclore supplies to over 500 fashion brands/businesses across India and other international markets with a 200+ supplier network, managed by our teams across Jaipur, NCR, Surat, Mumbai and Ichalkaranji. We’re looking for a Product Manager who can identify & crystalize product opportunities and bridge business needs with technology, shaping digital products that enhance user experience, efficiency, and scalability, for a global audience. It’s about driving momentum across sourcing, vendors, and teams —ensuring every fabric, every order, and every timeline lands exactly where it should. You’ll be the bridge between sales, supplier and customer, leading a team of merchandisers and making sure nothing slips.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of merchandisers across multiple cities for end-to-end fabric sourcing & garmenting projects Plan, execute, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Drive vendor coordination, sourcing strategy, and procurement planning Ensure smooth functioning ERP and project management systems Handle commercial contracts, pricing negotiations, and vendor agreements Monitor project performance and generate MIS reports, dashboards, and insights Identify risks, bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations teams Ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost optimization Requirements: 7–10 years of experience in Project or Production Management in Garment Manufacturing, Real Estate, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or similar industries Strong experience in milestone-driven project execution Proven ability to lead and manage teams (experience in handling merchandisers is a plus) Hands-on experience with ERP systems and project management tools is an absolute must Strong understanding of commercials, contracts, and negotiation strategies Excellent analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a tech-enabled, dynamic environment Good to Have: Exposure to fabric/textile sourcing or fashion supply chain Experience working with vendor ecosystems and procurement cycles Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Excel dashboards or similar analytics tools Important Note: Male candidates preferred for this role considering the nature of vendor coordination and on-ground execution requirements Why Join Fabriclore Opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, supply chain, and technology High ownership role with direct impact on business outcomes Fast-growing, dynamic work environment Location : F28 J, Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan. ‍ How to Apply: Visit us : www.fabriclore.com Email us : Join us and be a part of our mission to revolutionize the fashion industry! ✨
