Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi for a Quality Check & New Product Development position, along with Research and Development. The role involves ensuring consistent high-quality standards through quality assurance, control, and auditing processes, as well as contributing to the innovation and development of new products for the brand.

Key responsibilities include analysing product performance, maintaining quality benchmarks, collaborating with teams to ideate and test new products, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance processes Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and enhance product quality and development Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and streamline processes Ability to adhere to food safety regulations and industry standards Experience in new product development or the food and beverage industry is preferred Relevant educational qualifications in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field Key Skills: Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle (ideation → testing → launch) Develop innovative ice cream, desserts, beverages & seasonal products Work closely with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams for successful launches Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking Optimise formulations for taste, cost, shelf life, and scalability Ensure compliance with food safety, FSSAI, and quality standards Manage R&D lab, trials, and pilot production Drive continuous product improvement and innovation pipeline
