The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge in cloud technologies and web applications to guide project development and troubleshoot issues. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project alignment and transparency. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to improve project management processes and outcomes continuously. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the IT industry, with a focus on cloud and web application projects. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web application development frameworks and technologies. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Previous hands-on relevant technical experience (as a developer/leader) on Mobile and Cloud technologies like MERN stack, Python, Java/.NET, AWS/Azure, Android, iOS, Flutter, etc. DBA Experience – NoSQL DBs, SQL, Oracle, Backend Data Analytics Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence Experience in onsite client-facing Process compliance & data-driven approach Minimum 4 years of experience in strong technical Project Management (with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall experience), Scrum Master (40 months) Minimum 4 years of experience in solid project financial Management (estimation, forecasting, budgeting, actuals tracking) (40 months) Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
