Technical Business Analyst

Looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions in software development projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather, validate, and translate requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for development. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and clients Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria Define workflows, process diagrams, and system flows Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and Agile ceremonies Ensure requirement clarity, completeness, and readiness before development begins Act as a liaison between business users and development teams Support UAT, validate deliverables, and ensure alignment with requirements Identify gaps, edge cases, and opportunities for process improvement Required Skills Education: Master's degree in a relevant field Work Style: Agile/Scrum experience required Experience: 3+ years as a BA in software development projects Technical: Understanding of SDLC, APIs, and system architecture, Requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence), process modeling (Visio), basic SQL Analytical: Strong problem-solving, data analysis, critical thinking Communication: Excellent written/verbal skills, presentation abilities, stakeholder management Preferred: Experience in SaaS or enterprise software products, Familiarity with tools like Visio, Figma, or similar, BI tools, business analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA) Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
