Location-Chennai (Siruseri) Flexi to WFO Shift - 1.30pm - 11.00pm IST Immediate Joiners/Lesser notice period candidates only required Role: Lead multiple accounts or a portfolio, ensuring financial governance, integrity, performance insights, transformation, and strategic financial alignment. Responsibilities: Lead multi-account Industry financial governance and portfolio-level controlling Oversee consolidated financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple accounts Drive MEC governance across Industry – ensuring quality, compliance, and risk management Lead portfolio-level working capital initiatives Challenge and support Industry leadership on risks, opportunities, and strategic issues Oversee Rainbow approvals, commercial governance, and customer contract reviews Lead audit and controls agenda for Industry, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards Mentor and manage Industry Controllers and finance teams Champion automation, process optimization, and improvement initiatives Support bids, pricing evaluations, and investment decisions Desired Candidate Profile Bcom/MBA (or comparable local accounting qualifications) 10-15 years of experience in Financial Controlling/Financial Business Partnering Understands the implications of decisions and actions on overall business profitability, not solely Practice Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages to a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, especially non-finance SAP/Clarity/Excel good levels of knowledge in all.
