Business Analyst – Reporting Role Overview: We are hiring a Business Analyst (Reporting) to drive end-to-end reporting excellence across Operations, Finance, and customer stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of business and data—owning requirement translation, dashboard design, validation, and delivery governance—while enabling data-led decision-making and automation at scale. What You’ll Own: Requirement to Delivery: Translate business needs into clear BRDs, KPIs, and user stories Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the single point of contact for reporting across functions Data-to-Insights: Design intuitive dashboards with strong storytelling (Power BI/Tableau) Quality & Validation: Lead IAT/UAT, ensuring accuracy, logic, and business alignment Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, and Product teams Automation & Efficiency: Drive reporting automation and reduce manual dependencies Governance & Tracking: Manage timelines, risks, change requests, and sign-offs What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRDs, and reporting lifecycle Solid hands-on with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau Good understanding of data flow, ETL, and reporting logic Ability to convert business problems into actionable insights Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills High ownership, attention to detail, and execution focus Experience & Background: 5–8 years in Business Analysis / MIS / Reporting / Data Analytics Proven experience in dashboard/reporting delivery & validation Exposure to Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain domains preferred
