We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive/Tele Caller for our Regional Office - New Town- Kolkata to handle digital leads, conduct structured customer conversations, perform effective follow-ups, and convert leads into business through systematic CRM management. Role & responsibilities Call new leads within 5- 10 minutes Understand customer requirement Maintain structured conversation flow Schedule store visits Perform regular follow-ups Update CRM system daily Track and convert high-potential leads Coordinate with branch sales team Maintain lead ownership till closure Preferred candidate profile 1- 3 years experience in: Tele-sales Inside sales CRM handling Lead conversion Excellent communication skills Comfortable working with targets computer & CRM knowledge Strong persuasion ability Objection handling skills Follow-up discipline Emotional intelligence Confident speaking tone Target oriented mindset Remuneration: 2.20 Lakhs to 4.00 Lakhs.
