Store Manager

An established luxury fashion retailer are seeking a store manager to take the helm of their prestigious boutique and elevate the customer service standards whilst having a positive commercial impact. As the store manager, you will be the ambassador of the brand, cultivating a high-performing team, curating a seamless client journey, and driving business performance. An eye for detail and a dedication to excellence is required to ensure that every element of the store reflects the brand's luxury ethos.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience within a luxury retail enviroment and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to lead with clienteling will also be important in this role. Salary is paying up to £65, + comissions & performance related bonus.
