Business Analyst - Consultant

Role Overview As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into effective technology and process solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions aligned with business objectives and Oracle Cloud capabilities. You will play a key role across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops to ensure clear understanding and stakeholder alignment Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions Develop clear and comprehensive business and functional requirement documentation Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency Utilize data analysis and insights to support decision-making and solution design Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support Continuously review and refine processes to adapt to evolving business needs Skill Set & Experience Core Skills Strong experience in Oracle Cloud system implementation, covering full project lifecycle Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex business challenges Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal) Good-to-Have Skills Basic project management capabilities (planning, scoping, timelines, risk and dependency tracking) Strong collaboration and teamwork, with ability to work in cross-functional environments Experience in data analysis and business process improvement Experience & Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle Cloud implementations Strong knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Business Process Design Familiarity with business process analysis tools and methodologies Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
