Role Summary Responsibilities: Detailed analysis and presentation of data from clinical trials, including creation of posters, slide sets, publications and other deliverables used by clients to communicate with external stakeholders. Location: Global Headquarters, Cambridge, and London, Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh offices. About the Role Analysts work on projects that involve the detailed analysis of clinical‑trial data and the creative presentation of findings in multiple formats. Deliverables include posters, slide sets and peer‑reviewed publications used directly by clients.

Analysts typically handle several disease‑area projects simultaneously, working in multidisciplinary project teams and engaging with clients on teleconferences and face‑to‑face meetings. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed analysis of clinical‑trial data and prepare materials for diverse audiences. Collaborate closely with clients, participating in teleconferences and meetings with external stakeholders.

Support project management and client communication under guidance of experienced colleagues. Manage multiple projects concurrently across different disease areas. Engage with other teams within the company to develop a broad understanding of service offerings.

Qualifications and Experience Essential requirements: Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent); postgraduate degrees (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) are an advantage. Experience planning and writing scientific documents (lab reports, dissertations, posters, presentations, articles, peer‑reviewed publications, grant applications). Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in healthcare and a willingness to learn.

Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to varied audiences. Proactive mindset, collaborative approach, ownership of work and career development.

Hybrid Working Policy After probation (normally the first 6 months), you may work from home up to half of your time, measured across a 2‑week rolling period, and one day per week during the probationary period.
