Staff Nurse

Job Summary :Responsible for providing direct patient care, executing medical orders, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing practices across all hospital departments.Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.Monitor, record, and report patients vital signs and clinical conditions.Assist in diagnostic tests, specimen collection, and clinical procedures.Manage IV lines, catheters, dressings, and wound care with aseptic techniques.Support doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency interventions.Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing records.Operate and maintain medical equipment (suction, monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, etc.).Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are strictly followed.Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-care, and medication compliance.Participate in code blue/emergency response and critical care management.Qualifications:GNM / .
