Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse at Avantika Multispeciality Hospital, located in Rohini. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care plans tailored to patient needs.

Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, recording medical histories, and assisting in diagnostic tests and therapies. The role also involves collaborating with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to provide quality care and maintain patient welfare. Qualifications Proficiency in patient assessment, clinical procedures, and administering medications Experience in monitoring patient conditions, recording medical information, and updating care plans Ability to assist in diagnostic tests, therapies, and surgical procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and collaboration with medical teams Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid license Basic knowledge of computer operations for maintaining patient records and health documentation Prior experience in a multispeciality or hospital setting is preferred Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a diverse team environment
