Key Responsibilities Treatment Explanation Explain treatment plans and procedures Discuss treatment timelines and costs Clarify patient concerns Patient Nurturing Follow up with patients who are considering treatment Maintain relationships with past patients Conversion Tracking Track consultations converted into treatments Maintain records of pending cases Review conversion metrics Patient Engagement Send follow-up messages Support email campaigns Manage patient community engagement Product Sales Promote and track sales of oral health products Skills Required Excellent communication and listening skills Empathy in patient conversations Ability to explain medical information simply Sales and persuasion skills Preferred Qualifications MBA (Marketing / Healthcare) BBA Experience in pharma or medical device sales
