The Scrub Nurse will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, assisting during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols.

Additional responsibilities include supporting surgeons, handling surgical instruments, and collaborating with the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications Expertise in Nursing practices and techniques. Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Surgery.

GNM/BSc/Diploma or Bachelor's in OT technician. Proficiency in supporting Orthopedic Surgery and general surgical operations. Familiarity with Operating Room procedures and maintaining sterile environments.

Strong organisational and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Valid nursing license and completion of accredited nursing training.

Experience in multispecialty hospital environments is an advantage.
