Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre. This is a Fixed-Term-Employment position based in Mumbai, covering Mumbai Suburban and Navi Mumbai. The position demands a compassionate and skilled individual eager to contribute to our patient-centric approach.
Qualifications and Skills Nurses qualification with a recognized nursing degree or certification (GNM, Bsc Nursing) is mandatory. A thorough understanding of general nursing principles and patient care practices. Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.
Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver patient-centered care. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and medical professionals. Knowledge of up-to-date healthcare practices and commitment to continuous learning.
Basic life support (BLS) certification and strong emergency response skills. Required skills include Nursing, ANM, and Msc Nursing with proficiency in industry standards. Must have skills include Nurses, GNM, Bsc Nursing (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions to healthcare teams.
Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians or according to the plan of care. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, post-treatment care, and preventive measures. Maintain a safe, hygienic environment that supports patient care and wellbeing.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality healthcare services. Participate in department and organization-wide initiatives and improvements in healthcare services.
