Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation, B.P.Ed., or M.P.Ed.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of sports coaching.
• Certification: Sports Certification from National Federations or SAI/NIS.
• Track Record: Must have played at State or National level.
• Core Traits: Passion for sports, teamwork, and youth development. (1, 2)

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Student Performance & Analytics

• Track fitness: Measure student BMI, physical stats, and fitness levels.
• Analyze skills: Identify player strengths and weaknesses to build tailored training plans.
• Scout talent: Identify gifted students to form competitive school teams.
• Report progress: Maintain individual and class performance records. (1, 2)

Coaching & Operations

• Execute training: Deliver structured coaching modules using diverse instruction styles.
• Maintain facilities: Inspect playgrounds, courts, and equipment daily for damage.
• Ensure safety: Guarantee student safety during practice, travel, and tournaments.
• Adapt duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by the Sports Director. (1)

• Enforce rules: Maintain code of conduct on and off the playground.
• Build character: Inculcate team spirit, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence.
• Include everyone: Drive maximum student participation in daily sports activities.
