JUNIOR SALES OFFICER (JSO)/ SALES REPRESENTATIVE (SR)
Location : Kalyan, Bhiwandi & Panvel
Industry: FMCG
Department Sales Reporting To Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Visit assigned retail outlets as per route plan.
⢠Generate sales and collect orders from retailers.
⢠Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
⢠Build strong relationships with retailers.
⢠Submit daily activity reports and market feedback.
⢠Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Preferred Profile:
⢠Graduate in any discipline.
⢠0-3 years of experience in FMCG/Food Sales or General Trade sales.
⢠Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
⢠Familiarity with the local market and retailer network will be an advantage.
⢠Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
⢠Basic knowledge of sales reporting and mobile-based sales applications.
