ABOUT YOU

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their growth, performance, and well‑being.
• Guide technical decision‑making, ensuring high‑quality engineering practices and alignment with .NET standards.
• Bring clarity and structure to complex software projects, helping the team stay focused and remove blockers.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Oversee delivery timelines, proactively identifying risks and ensuring the team remains productive and aligned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, working in client‑facing or project‑based environments.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
• Proactive, motivated, and highly organized.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, MVC, and Razor.
• Strong experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with React.
• Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Web Services (REST and SOAP).
• Experience with cloud architectures, preferably Microsoft Azure.
