Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support the global deployment of our client in Payroll and Time transformation program. The Payroll and Time transformation program comprises of the implementing a new global payroll and time management landscape based on ADP GlobalView/Celergo and SuccessFactors Employee Central Time, across multiple countries.
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption across all deployment waves. This role works in close partnership with the Project Managers and deployment teams, ensuring that the technical solution is successfully adopted by employees, managers, HR teams, payroll teams, and local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the overall change management strategy for the program.
• Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments across countries and functions.
• Identify change risks, resistance points, and adoption barriers.
• Build engagement plans for leadership, HR, payroll teams, managers, employees, and employee representatives.
• Establish and coordinate local Change Champion networks. Communications & Engagement
• Develop and execute the program communication strategy.
• Create clear and compelling messaging explaining the transformation, its benefits, impacts, and timelines.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and issue management communications.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across countries while adapting to local needs. Training & Business Readiness
• Define training and readiness plans for all impacted audiences.
• Coordinate creation of user guides,training materials, FAQs, and support content.
• Ensure stakeholders are prepared for deployment and new ways of working.
• Monitor readiness and adoption throughout implementation and stabilization.
Adoption & Deployment Support
• Support deployment waves and go-live activities from a people-change perspective.
• Gather feedback, measure adoption, and identify improvement actions.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure change activities are integrated into project plans.
• Provide regular reporting on readiness, engagement, risks, and adoption metrics.
Candidate Profile Experience
• 4+ years of experience in Change Management or Transformation roles.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformations.
• Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations.
• Experience managing change across multiple regions and cultures.
• Experience in HR, IT, or Global Business Services transformations is highly desirable.
Skills
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
• Experience designing communication, training, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to translate complex project topics into practical business messages.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in an international fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working alongside external implementation partners and vendors.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Change Management certification is valued.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Change Management professional who combines strong stakeholder engagement skills with practical experience supporting complex global HR and payroll transformations.
Benefits:
Under Directive (EU) 2023/970, base salary range form €2,500, depending on demonstrated experience.
Meal allowance paid via meal card: €10.46 per working day.
Contract Type: Interim Management (9 months)
