The Product & Application Development Team

The product and application development team provides software development skills and corporate solutions across the business, focusing on core HR and finance systems to support staff with low barriers to key tasks, workflows and processes.

The Opportunity

  • Join a diverse, global team delivering solutions to thousands of users worldwide.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all support calls, triaging, re‑routing, resolving or escalating as needed.
  • Participate daily in Scrum events: stand‑ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with support teams to address escalated issues and transfer knowledge.

Is this role right for you?

This role requires the following skills:

  • Strong communication skills to support diverse, globally dispersed users via video, voice, chat and email.
  • Experience troubleshooting cloud, web and desktop environments.
  • Familiarity with web, desktop and cloud-hosted solutions.
  • Experience with issue and call tracking tools such as Service‑Now and JIRA.
  • Understanding of databases, storage, services and networking basics.
