The Opportunity

The role of the Senior Agribusiness Manager is designed for someone who wants to build their career in the finance space, that has a genuine care and respect for farming agribusinesses and regional communities. These opportunities are offered in: Tamworth, Moree, Wagga Wagga, Geelong, Adelaide, and Launceston.

• Manage an ongoing portfolio of existing agribusiness and farming clients, providing outstanding customer service and strong relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities for regional expansion and recognise additional needs within the current customer base to meet sales, service, and growth targets.
• Apply advanced credit and analytical skills to perform risk and cash flow analysis, evaluate profit projections, assess property valuations, and manage security requirements for commercial transactions.
• Utilise strong financial skills to understand profitability drivers and develop coherent, actionable solutions and recommendations for clients.

• Hold a tertiary degree in business, commerce, finance or related field.
• Prior experience in financial services, commercial banking, or credit underwriting.
• Proficient in risk analysis, cash flow analysis, evaluating profit projections, and assessing property valuations and security requirements.
• Understand profitability drivers, expense management, and core profitability principles.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to evaluate options and provide tailored advice.
• Be a collaborative team‑player, working towards not only your individual success, but the collective broader business objectives.
