Overview

As an AWS Senior Technical Account Manager, you act as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for Enterprise Support customers. You will craft strategies to accelerate AWS adoption, guide architecture and operational best practices, and keep customer environments healthy. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships with executives and engineers, driving value through proactive guidance and risk-aware decision making.

• Build solutions and provide technical guidance while advocating for the customer

• Experience in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications
• Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead
