We are looking for an experienced and highly dependable SEO professional who can independently manage complete organic growth and paid search campaigns for international projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, GEO, AEO, and Google Ads, along with the ability to take ownership of strategy, execution, reporting, and performance improvement. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working independently, understands international markets, and can confidently handle end-to-end digital growth responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Management Plan and execute complete SEO strategies for overseas clients Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities Perform detailed website audits and implement recommendations Conduct keyword research based on search intent and competition Improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation Manage backlink building strategies using ethical SEO practices Optimize website structure, internal linking, metadata, and content Monitor website health, crawl errors, indexing, and Core Web Vitals Track SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar tools GEO and AEO Optimization Optimize content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Work on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies for AI-driven search experiences Structure content for featured snippets, AI summaries, voice search, and conversational search queries Improve content discoverability across modern AI search platforms Google Ads Management Independently manage Google Ads campaigns for international clients Handle Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns Optimize campaigns for better ROAS, conversions, and lead quality Conduct keyword planning, ad copy creation, bid optimization, and audience targeting Prepare performance reports and suggest growth opportunities Strategy and Reporting Create monthly growth plans and SEO roadmaps Analyze competitors and identify scaling opportunities Share regular performance reports with insights and recommendations Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers when required Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and digital marketing trends Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of practical experience in SEO Proven experience handling overseas projects, especially US, UK, Canada, or Australia markets Strong knowledge of: Technical SEO On-page SEO Off-page SEO Local SEO GEO and AEO concepts Google Ads GA4 and Google Search Console Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools Understanding of search intent, content optimization, and conversion-focused SEO Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or custom websites Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and reporting abilities Preferred Candidate Profile Must be based in Chandigarh or nearby areas Should be proactive, accountable, and performance-oriented Must be comfortable managing multiple international projects Agency experience will be an added advantage Candidates with SEO case studies or proven ranking results will be preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work on international brands and projects Growth-focused and performance-driven work environment Freedom to take ownership and implement strategies Competitive salary based on skills and experience Long-term career growth opportunities
