Manage a team of sales executives and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets. Maintain high standards of customer service and handle premium clients effectively.
Ensure proper display, stock management, and visual merchandising as per brand standards. Coordinate with management for promotional activities, inventory, and performance reports. Train and motivate staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges efficiently.
