Brand Manager
QUINTESSENTIAL BASICS (Rush Lifestyle)
Job Description
About QB QB is a men’s fashion brand built for the modern Indian man (www.qbmen.com) — sharp, comfortable, and made for everyday confidence. We’re growing fast across our online channels and looking for someone to own the brand’s entire growth engine — from how we show up on Instagram to how we bring customers back for their third order. The Role This isn’t a “post on social media” job.
You’ll be the single owner of QB’s brand presence, customer relationships, and growth marketing. You’ll work directly with the founder, coordinate with our external content and performance marketing agencies, and make sure every piece of the brand puzzle — organic, paid, retention — works together as one system. If you’ve ever wanted to run a brand like it’s yours, this is that job.
What You’ll Own Social Media & Content • Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms — maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity. • Track content performance weekly. Double down on what works, kill what doesn’t. • Stay on top of trends in men’s fashion content and adapt them for QB’s audience. • Brief and coordinate with external content agencies and freelancers on shoots, creative assets, and deliverables — own the creative calendar and ensure timely delivery. Influencer & Brand Collaborations • Identify, reach out to, and manage influencer partnerships — from micro-creators to mid-tier collaborators. • Handle negotiations, briefs, content approvals, and performance tracking for every collaboration. • Build a repeatable outreach pipeline so influencer marketing runs like a system, not a scramble.
Retention & CRM Marketing • Own WhatsApp and email marketing — abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, reactivation campaigns, and broadcast campaigns. • Segment customers intelligently (by purchase behavior, AOV, recency) and send the right message to the right cohort. • Track retention metrics: repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value, campaign-level revenue attribution. Agency & Stakeholder Coordination • Act as the brand’s single point of contact for external agencies — content production, performance marketing, and any specialist partners. • Share campaign briefs, creative assets, and product launch calendars with the performance marketing agency so paid campaigns are always aligned with organic efforts. • Review agency deliverables and reports. Flag what’s working and what needs course correction — don’t just receive reports, interrogate them. • Ensure all external partners have updated brand guidelines, product information, and seasonal priorities.
Brand & Community • Be the voice of the customer internally — surface feedback, reviews, and community sentiment to inform product and marketing decisions. • Manage customer engagement across DMs, comments, and reviews. Response quality matters as much as response time. What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in D2C brand marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or men’s grooming. • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM/WhatsApp marketing tool (Interakt, Contlo, Klaviyo, Omnisend, BIK — any of these). • You’ve actually run an Instagram account for a brand — not just “managed social media strategy” on paper. • Comfortable working with numbers: you can read a Shopify dashboard, pull insights from campaign data, and make decisions based on what the numbers say. • Strong written communication — you’ll be writing captions, WhatsApp copies, influencer briefs, agency briefs, and internal updates. • Experience working with or coordinating external agencies (content, performance, or creative).
You know how to brief an agency and hold them accountable. • Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate. Bonus Points • Experience running or supporting Meta ad campaigns (even if performance marketing isn’t your core — understanding the funnel helps). • You’ve built influencer outreach systems or managed 15+ collaborations in a quarter. • Familiarity with Shopify. What This Isn’t • This isn’t a large-team, big-budget corporate role.
You’ll wear multiple hats and move fast. • There’s no “someone else handles execution.” You ideate, you execute, you measure. • You won’t be running paid ads yourself — but you’ll need to understand the funnel well enough to brief and challenge the performance agency Details Location: Jaipur (on-site) Type: Full-time Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (basis experience and fit)
