Job Title: Marketing Manager – Gold Loan (NBFC) Location: Kochi Experience: 7+ Years Industry: NBFC / Gold Loan Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month Qualification: Any Degree (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies for gold loan products. Drive branch-level business growth and customer acquisition. Plan local marketing campaigns, field activities, and promotional events.
Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and local networks. Coordinate with branch teams to achieve business targets. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure brand visibility and lead generation across assigned regions. Required Skills Strong marketing experience in NBFC sector, preferably in Gold Loan business. Good knowledge of customer acquisition and field marketing activities.
Strong communication and team coordination skills. Target-oriented with ability to drive business growth. Experience in branch marketing and regional campaigns preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in NBFC marketing. Candidates with Gold Loan marketing exposure will be highly preferred. Should be willing to travel locally as per business requirements
