They will build AI enabled growth systems . This role is for someone who wants to work at that frontier. You will help build and run the demand generation engine for HireQuotient’s global expansion across the US market.

What You’ll Do Market Expansion: Own outbound growth for the US market across channels. AI & Automation: Build and deploy AI agents/tooling to automate repetitive tasks and 10x our outreach efficiency. Campaign Innovation: Execute multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality inbound and outbound leads.

Channel Discovery: Constantly identify and exploit untapped growth loops and lead-gen platforms. Data-Driven Execution: Track every metric, optimize conversion funnels, and report directly on ROI. Pipeline Velocity: Collaborate with sales to ensure a seamless handoff and high lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
