Senior Software Developer

Overview

In this role you will design and evolve modern web applications with strong Python backends and sophisticated frontends. You will work with a cross‑functional engineering team to deliver scalable, AI‑driven architectures and robust testable software. You’ll balance performance, security, and user experience while embracing autonomous agent concepts to improve automation.

• Design and maintain scalable web apps using Python (Django or similar)
• Build dynamic UIs with Angular, HTMX, or Alpine.js for complex SPAs
• Create end-to-end test suites with PyTest and Playwright
• Run load testing with Locust.io to ensure scalability
• Manage large databases (Oracle, MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for performance
• Deploy and operate apps in OpenShift or Kubernetes containers
• Incorporate agentic development with LLMs and autonomous agents into workflows

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert-level Python with Django, FastAPI, or Flask
• Front-end experience with Angular, HTMX, and Alpine.js
• Experience with PyTest, Playwright, and Locust.io
• Extensive experience with Oracle, MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Proven experience with Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes or OpenShift)
• Past experience with Java (JSF, ADF) or C# is a plus
